The BBC has secured the UK broadcasting rights to a number National Basketball Association (NBA) games during the 2022-23 season, beginning with The NBA Paris Game 2023 on Thursday 19th January.
The game, which will feature the six-time NBA champions Chicago Bulls and three-time NBA champions Detroit Pistons live from the French capital, will be available to audiences on BBC Three and iPlayer.
Across the remainder of the 2022-23 season, the BBC will also bring viewers four regular season games, two Playoff games, one Conference Finals game and one NBA Finals game, together with select highlights, and an end of season review show.
Professional rugby league club Wakefield Trinity has unveiled 360 Chartered Accountants as its official accountancy partner for the 2023 Super League season.
The new partnership, which begins in January 2023, sees the firm opening a permanent office at the club’s 9,000-capacity Be Well Support Stadium.
The deal also includes sleeve sponsorship on the first team training tops, becoming the main match sponsor for the Hull KR fixture as well as continuing to sponsor the club’s half-time and full-time social media posts.

English Football League (EFL) Two football club Swindon Town has announced that Allied Telesis will become the club’s new dugout sponsor for the remainder of the current season, and into the 2023/2024 campaign.
As part of the deal the telecommunications company will provide networking support across the club’s home stadium, County Ground, as the club aims to enhance IT facilities for conferencing and events.
Swindon Town Commercial Manager, James Watts, said, “I am delighted to add Allied Telesis as our new dugout sponsor for the next 18 months.
“This is a great partnership for the club and we look forward to them playing a key role in improving IT infrastructure across the County Ground.
“This will enable us to significantly enhance the services we provide at the many events we host here.”
Professional rugby league club Salford Red Devils has extended its partnership with The Turmeric Co., which will see the functional drinks brand continue to provide the Super League side with its products for the remainder of the 2023 season.
Founded by former West Bromwich Albion and Wales striker Thomas ‘Hal’ Robson-Kanu, The Turmeric Co. works with a wide range of professional sports teams and individuals, including fellow rugby league sides St Helens and Wigan Warriors, rugby union sides Sale Sharks and Leicester Tigers and Premier League football teams Brentford and Everton.
